‘hope you can help me po, kasi may utang po ako sa bankard then di ko po nabayaran at nagfile po ng case against me yun collecting agency amountint to 139,000 plus yun hinahabol sa kin. may summons from the rtc judge na dumating pero di ko po nireceive. ang nagreceive po ay yun nasa barangay hall po namin. sabi po sa letter need ko 10 days to answer motion to dismiss. help po kung ano dapat kong gawin. wala po akong lawyer at di ko po kayang magbayad ng lawyer’s fee… ‘hope you can help me po on this and if ever po san ko po kayo pede macontact? kung wala kang natanggap na “demand letters” at deretso agad sa RTC ang kaso, you have the right to file for a motion to dismiss on the ground of pre-maturarity of the case. (tama po ba? paki korek n lng po ako)
punta ka po sa PAO sa city hall kung saan ka naka reside. may mga lawyers pong mag a assist po sa inyo dun.
